Overall the trip and conference participation was a real learning experience. My business has grown beyond the point of being able to manage it from my home office. So I have rented my new space. I have eight employees with 6 being local so it was an overdue need. I will slowly start the transition over the next few days and be fully in by Monday.

This is a big step for us and I am already glad we made it.
